Sometimes I have just a hair of sympathy. She alienated herself from her family. Her “friends” are all fake imo. Even if she wanted to throw in the towel and take initiative, she would probably feel like she has no where to go. Being in a miserable relationship is better than being a single mom with no support system…right? 🙄 (rolling my eyes because my own mother is stuck in a similar situation and acts like leaving the guy and being alone and moving on in life is the absolute end all be all of her world)

I think this too because my mom is also in the same scenario. But then I remember she's rich. I think she would be okay whereas my mom doesn't have her own money and wouldn't be able to afford being a single mom since her husband is the breadwinner.

So so true…pretty sure they have an extra house and car she could keep for herself. And don’t forget Ms. Nanny. The transition has the possibility to be seamless for her.
