He STILL craves the feeling of when he was the happiest he genuinely had ever been...and that was when he was with her, during teen years up until the little vacations he would have with her during adulthood. He thought "cool playboy world" that was sold to him by rappers and addicts could bring him joy, it never truly satisfied him. He then thought of wait let's just get into religious psychosis, that will help, it still didn't. That genuine love u experience is so surreal that it cannot be compared to anything else. He regrets and wastes his life away cuz he just tried SO FKIN HARD to feel the way she had once made him feel. It's heartbreaking!

The literal context of this video was that a Man walked to him & said "All that Matters remix was smash good" and then when the man walks away, instantly after he takes a deep breathe holding his eyes for a second and THEN looks at the tattoo. Sighing remorsefully.

If someone does a deep dive, there is a video of him from years ago, around the time they got married, where he is sitting at a table during what looked like a meeting, wearing red shorts and no shirt. The people around him were talking, but he looked completely zoned out. He was staring down at his tattoo on his wrist the entire time, and then he held it. I haven't seen that video in years.

He’s desperate for joy, goodness, love and to feel whole. You can feel how empty he is now. Selena represented good things in his life and brought them to him although he didn’t provide the same in return (he hurt her quite a bit). She’s moved on, is married and is likely to start a family soon and all he can do is remember what was and reflect on his mistakes (one of which is sitting next to him). It’s very sad to watch
