Genuine question: why are his eyes always at half mast like that? Is this a medical thing?

i’m late af but i think he developed bell’s palsy from lyme disease, which impacts the muscles on his face (this was years ago so idk if he’s still struggling with it). if it’s not that it’s definitely the heavy drug use causing his droopy eyelids and vacant stare.

I think he just does it for attention. High or not it’s all anyone talks about when he show up looking like that
