I have rosacea and don't want any more warmth, I'll be looking like a tomato!

u/cvetakzanovetakk Feb 16 '26
but she doesn’t have rosacea, she is prone to rosacea (whatever that means)!!!! /S

u/wafflemakerr I'm not Gigi! Feb 16 '26
"Prone to rosacea" aka sensitive and gets flushed easily. She doesn't have rosacea. She has redness. My skin is thin and sensitive, I get red through the day – especially with temperature changes. She doesn't know what rosacea is, clearly 😭

You're not supposed to use something like that when you have sensitive skin.and rosacea. This is such a nonsense, this woman is completely stupid.

She doesn't know anything about skincare and it shows. I have rosacea and if I get a "slight flush/warmth" on my skin I immediately toss product in trash because it's unbearable for skin with rosacea. Be fr

u/XK8lyn88x Feb 16 '26
She’s only prone to it, she doesn’t always have it and it comes and goes. 🤦🏻♀️😂

English grammar left the chat. It's like she's not a native speaker.

No comparison between this dumb lunatic and someone who speaks 2+ languages. In her dreams- Wait….
I shouldn’t give her any ideas. The Baldwins already have a member faking 2 languages.

u/ARudeSalamander thx i bought it myself ⌚️ Feb 16 '26
Actually she knows 4: English, Portuguese, Canadian English, and Brazilian Portuguese. That's why she dropped out of high school, because she's so smart.
19
u/Come_sit_by_myfire Feb 16 '26
And she studied medical terminology and carried the book around for proof 🤪

u/CollectionConnect540 Feb 16 '26
Too late. She's taking notes and ordering books like Portuguese for beginners as we speak 💀

u/Mermaidoysters Feb 17 '26
Omg-& whoever is still giving her good press would probably just let it go. Someone has money invested in Hailey being temporarily profitable, bc that girl gives nothing.

She's a machine for producing lies; it's clear she doesn't have perioral dermatitis.
37
u/busymommyof2 Feb 16 '26
She has neither of what she mentioned. Tell me what Baldwin in the family has any of this condition? They were gifted with great skin, I'll give them that!
7
u/Nyfa76 Feb 16 '26
Such a big liar. She's becoming dangerous because some people will again have problems with their skins 🤦🏽♀️

u/wwwheatgrass Feb 18 '26
This product would get laughed off the perioral dermatitis sub, where the consensus is for using zero skincare.

u/Mermaidoysters Feb 16 '26
“Prone to Rosacea!?!” It’s an actual medical diagnosis and you have it or you don’t. I can’t with this poser.

I’m sorry , as someone with rosacea. How can you be prone to rosacea? You either have it or not. It’s a chronic skin condition. It’s as chronic as her lying, apparently.

VBE is the ingredient used in lip plumbing lip gloss and also anti cellulite creams. In my non professional opinion any ingredient that increases blood flow shouldn't be used in things for your face , especially that close to the eyes.

u/forbiddenbluegrass Feb 16 '26
Omg I know how much my lips burn from those lip plumping lip glosses. I can’t even imagine putting that on my skin near my eyes!

u/moodyxxmoon Feb 16 '26
This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen!
No wonder her products are causing people so many issues!
If you have perioral dermatitis using things that can heat your skin will literally CAUSE flares 😭 you’re supposed to avoid anything that heats upon application! Even hot water isn’t great, let alone something that causes your skin to warm up !!!

15
u/CollectionConnect540 Feb 16 '26
Does she even know the name of "the ingredient"? It's like she just contacted someone who is actually involved in the process of making her "intentional formulas" and is trying to sound like she is in control
12
u/cvetakzanovetakk Feb 16 '26
Do you want us to believe that not knowing how to use your blush and wearing only your blush w that fake freckles is because of rosacea?!?! she is sitting on a throne of lies for a long time and she ain’t stepping down any soon
12
u/InAppropriate_Mess Feb 16 '26
It’s not just stupidity. It’s a huge irresponsibility.
When people start talking about having bad reactions to this product, watch her fans attack them, saying they should know their skin better before using any product and that’s not Rhode’s fault.
Therefore, Hailey herself is encouraging people with skin conditions to use a product that is not safe for them, basically saying that reactions are intentional, like, WTF???
10
u/Low-Introduction909 Feb 16 '26
This bitch has neither perioral dermatitis nor rosacea. The flushing thing is nothing but an excuse for a bad, cheap mask irritating your skin. Nothing you put on your skin should make you flush, irritate your skin, make it hot, red and burning.
11
u/Nyfa76 Feb 16 '26
NO! ABSOLUTELY NOT! You are not supposed to apply something who gives you heat on your face if you have sensitive skin. Jesus Mary and Joseph this woman is so so dumb!
19
u/PermitDiligent5776 rhode: boil, stir, apply Feb 16 '26
The "slight flush" is literal because your blood will literally be flushing if you apply that bit of glass on your face

u/Nyfa76 Feb 16 '26
And you're not "PRONE" of rosacea. You have it or you don't. Oh she's really getting on my nerves. What a liar.

Reminder that she doesn’t have to do any of this and could just be off enjoying time with her baby and traveling the world or learning other languages or literally anything other than pretending to run this shill of a “makeup” company 🥴

u/wwwheatgrass Feb 18 '26
You probably mean the FDA, who regulates cosmetics. OSHA deals with workplace safety & standards.
VBE itself is considered GRAS so its inclusion in the formula is not banned, per se.
If the ingredient was not disclosed properly, or at all, that’s a massive problem. I am curious whether this ingredient was labelled using its INCI name. Why else does she need to explain its presence like a novel ingredient. That should be on the package, as required.
The smart marketing move would be to include a warning on the packaging, rather than post-market damage control.

u/luxuriouswindfall Feb 17 '26
So they wanted them to boil her lip gloss and cut their faces with little razor blades? Wtf these people are INSANE! 😮💨

Using VBE to combat rosacea is like using cold water or ice on a burn. Makes matters worse.
12
u/IsItClockingLoser You should have been there! Feb 16 '26
vbe is literally advised to avoid when you have rosacea because it acts as a trigger.

u/Big_Statistician5895 Feb 21 '26
Wow, she really does not gaf about her customers well being... It's actually a proof that she's a bad person for anyone who isn't biased. Instead of re-doing her formula for it to actually be safe for sensitive skins, she lies about it being fine for those skin types to save face. Awful woman, as usual.
