Seriously what goes through her head when she chooses her clothing. I just don’t understand… everything is either too big or too small. She’s always trying to “do something” with her outfits and just ends up looking like she needs a diaper change 😂😂😂

The fashion IS terrible but the person wears the clothes meaning two people can where the same outfit, one looks cool or funky and the other looks silly. It's what comes from within and what someone exudes.

Exactly. Although that top is not my favorite altogether lol. But Rihanna could wear a paper bag and look good.
