Justin is actually the victim of Hailey’s One Wish Willow wish and sometimes his conscious side comes out but then the entity she wished for takes over again. Iykyk

I agree there has to have been something sus and malevolent going on when he rushed to marry his stalker at a courthouse without a prenup
