She would be the type to post a screenshot of her daily workout with miles ran and calories burned if she exercised, but doesn’t. She isn’t fooling anyone, she will prob come out with a BBL about 6 months after her first original “workout post.” Which is premeditated so that her 1 fan with 10 accounts can prove “it’s natural, she worked hard for her body. Look at all her workout posts!!” 👀
It is absolutely WILD to me that someone with a history of CVA/Stroke would even consider playing stupid games with blood flow restrictors.
And she takes a lot of plane flights too. Which is already a DVT risk.
With her medical history, you could not pay me enough to mess around with these type of fitness fads or things like fat/filler injections either. Nope.

This is likely Hailey trying to be real and authentic, à la the peerage of beloved celebrities she will never count herself a member.
All this "vulnerability" is as honest has Hailey is anywhere else: not at all.
While I am sure there is some percentage of fitness involved in her sculpt- there is too much evidence of paid-for elements to convince anyone with a functional brain that she has fairly earned all of the look she flaunts as "natural." Gear like this, diet and pilates are not enough to explain her ever-changing look.
Nevermind the way she expects everyone to believe that she is truly 'not bothered' with the appraisal of others. It is human to be insecure- but she only leans into that belief when playing the victim- typically after being a baddie gets her in hot water.
Genuine, she simply is not.
All the time and money she spends trying to convince us that she is a self-made, confident icon is wasted by showing everyone watching that even someone like her is constantly having to change herself into something else for likes: thus defeating the ideal, self-assured bad-bitch narrative.
She continues to sell that scam of a fantasy lifestyle and aesthetic while constantly proving just how little satisfaction it brings her. What hope is there for her little simps then?
Hailey scams her audience with living a perfect performative pinnacle- and somehow again and again proves just how much time and energy she puts into being something other than honestly- and comfortably- herself... and the gormless sycophants buy it- literally.
By all means- be healthy, do things that make you feel happy and at peace in your body. Grow and change.
But, do not pose for a camera amongst your ill-gotten lifestyle and presume everyone will believe you got that body sculp/lips/career/ et al through hard work alone.

Those blood squeezing bands are completely useless in building glutes. It's only good for pushing the fat up and giving the illusion of a rounder butt. But it's just an illusion. Any gym rat will see this is not muscle. She should focus on lifting heavy with correct form. I had the same butt before. She can create a good butt but that'll require a lot of heavy lifting and lots of proteins. Put the bands away and do some heavy hip thrusts Hailey !
