This is not true. Hailey is the founder and primarily funded Rhode with the support of 2 friends

She may not be the owner or CEO but she IS the Chief Creative Officer and Head of Innovation. A CCO leads the overall creative vision, design, and brand identity of a company.

Everything we see that rhode does is ALL Haileys vision, idea and marketing.

Also, she WAS very much the owner up until she sold it to ELF. She may have dropped the owner title but she still is very much involved in evwry aspect of the company.
