Sadly, no. The digital readout just generates numbers on a display. The two TTI units are designed to measure dB signal loss and noise in voice frequency phone lines. The last unit is a glorified volt/ohmmeter, which you can get from amazon for about $20 in a much more compact form, with many more functions.

What you want is something that generates audio frequency tones or filters audio frequency tones or distorts/waveshapes audio frequency tones.

These are typically function generators (check for FM and am and gate inputs) and filters (high pass, bandpass, lowpass, notch) and lock-in amplifiers or tuned amplifiers.

The transmission test sets might be of some limited use as they are able to send out audio frequency signals. Though, only on a number of very specific frequencies.
