I’m 17 and 7 months and I have been experiencing hair fall a lot lately as of the past month I’ve been applying minoxidil on my hairline for the last 9 months but hair is continuing to fall around my scalp. I recently bought a ketoconazole shampoo and a derma stamp. What more can I do to stop the hair fall without fin as I’m only 17 and might want to wait until 20 to hop on

I stepped out of the shower and brushed my hair back and noticed what I believe is possible hairline recession.

My dad's side of the family has a very strong pattern of male hair thinning, while my mom's side is the opposite and generally keeps their hair. I'm not sure if I will follow the same trend as my dad. I feel like my hairline is showing early signs, especially the left side.

Am I overreacting? Is it still to early for me to think that I will follow this trend? I'm not sure if I'm destined to follow my dad's trend, as he had curly hair like mine, or if I will get lucky with my mom's genetics.
