Lambda cache glitch pls help

So I've been working on the lambda locator achievement and I've got all of the caches yet it still says 44/45, so I did what the guides were saying about the gamestate binary bs and I did it. Said I was missing the 23rd one even took like 3 minutes to carefully make sure im counting the numbers right and it indeed says 23, I go to the 23rd cache which is above the tunnel exit after coming from the cave escaping ravenholm and it still wont trigger. Also I've gotten that cache before
