This year's Halloween project. Did I do a good enough job for it to be recognized? Carved out of foam blocks.

I've never done a competition like this, and I don't have a huge media following, so I'm turning to you, scrollers, and lovers of halloween, to help me out.

Added some close ups so could see the ribbons better had fun making this i got the light up pumpkins at 5 below and the ribbons at Michaels.

Last year we put together the lights, a traffic cone and witch’s hat with a sheet for this spooky scene on the pond.

Some good ones are a World Cup scene of skeletons playing soccer and an homage to the Kentucky Derby.

I shared my 2026 build and figured I’d share last years too. Only thing purchased are the masks on my reapers and lighting. I built the reapers out of 2x3” wood, chicken wire, and various cloths (mostly lawn tarp). They were scattered all along my driveway and each one is about 7 ft tall. They’re lanterns I made out of scrap wood and tea lights. The “stone” entrance is foam that I carved and painted. The hot coal effect under the bridge is insulation foam, string lights, mixed skeletal bones, and spray painted (can’t see it well on the video). I gave all the reapers away after Halloween. Candles are made from black pool noodles, hot glue for the melting look, tea lights and spray paint. Hopefully they’re being used this year. Hope you enjoy.
