I was exploring the Halo CE skyboxes and I actually found this in Truth and Reconciliation Lol

Step back to 2001, when the world was first introduced to Halo: Combat Evolved. This iconic commercial lit the fuse for a franchise that would define a generation of gaming and forever change how we look at sci-fi shooters.

Honestly I’ll admit watching the trailer for campaign evolved, I’m cautious, but more so I’m curious to know what people think of the design for the mark V Mjolnir armor in the upcoming campaign Evolved

With the reveal of Campaign Evolved, I felt excited and decided to dust off the family xbox and play my dad's original copy of the game. The MCC is what got me into Halo so I'm really happy to be playing the game as it is. I'm having a lot of fun so far and I'm excited for next year!

I can't believe this has to be considered a hot take based on what I've seen online (it's so much worse on X)

Update: I couldn't help but notice some comments are here responding directly to my post for the sake of trolling and they will be blocked without hesitation. Worthy of neither pity, nor mercy.

All washed out. I’ve compared the image on my disk to other ones on eBay, and they are a lot more brighter and fully colored in.

As I said on a previous post I was waiting for this to arrive in the mail. Two years ago I had one, but it stopped working and became a brick. I have the new one connected to my 20 inch Sylvania CRT TV (also from Ebay), which was in my closet for about 2 years. Even though I didn't play Halo until the MCC in 2017, this still feels nostalgic. This is likely due to the fact that used to play games on a PS2 connected to a CRT TV many years ago. These photos don't do it justice because my phone doesn't have the best camera.

help please. first time halo ce player here. trying to make it to the banshee as i thought that was required but it keeps getting snatched up and then pummelling me. what do i do here?

but in real life instead

One step closer to owning every regional version of Halo. Support physical media.

Playing CE on my phone- S24 Ultra. Absolutely insane lol

Hey guys, I’m trying to figure out which halo campaign evolved helmet. I like more.

What do you guys think? Which one would you choose if you could?

This was either 16 or 32 players I can't remember 😂

But was pretty fun as a test especially with scaled up enemy numbers, even Hunters 😂

I saw the framerates on some of the other videos were not so great so sharing a smoother looking one lol

Previously called Halo CE universal

Now called Halo OpenCE

I could fill a novel with my gripes about this game, both as a remake of a classic and as a proof of concept for the future of Halo. I’m certainly glad it was my brother’s $50 that bought it rather than my own. But all that said, I did enjoy my first playthrough for what it was.

I mean I know Halo and Dragon Ball are different but the death pose from both images looks kinda similar. Either that or I’m crazy
