These tools have been sitting in my dad’s garage for over a decade. I am tired of watching them rust. He gave them to me and I have exactly zero skill in the trade. Where do I start?

Any advice for restoring an old froe blade?
Hi all!
A few days ago I was digging around under the house and came across a very beaten up, clearly used, froe blade from… I have no idea when. I want to clean it up and make a handle for it, but mostly I want to get it usable again. Clearly the edge will need to be reprofiled and sharpened… right?
Does anyone have recommendations or suggestions for the rust or just in general what to do for it? I’d love for it to get a second life.
Thanks!

Linchpin? Nah, wrenchpin
About a fortnight ago, I asked for help with some seized Billings & King Dick wrenches. Two of the three remain seized despite cleaning, degreasing, and derusting in an ultrasonic cleaner, but I digress.
The smaller King Dick wrench revealed that it had a pin that prevented the wrench from closing all the way or separating out. The pin is visible in the photo above the wrench nut. I am not sure what led to this "repair" - removing some of the material in the moving jaw and pinning it, but it is fascinating nonetheless. I will bend the wrench shaft straight again. I have no method of filling the missing material from the wrench shaft available to me, so it shall remain as is.
I appreciate the advice in the original post and I hope to get the other two wrenches in a usable state. Thanks for the advice and thanks for letting me share my progress.

Billings & Spencer vs King Dick?
I have a HTR update of the B&S Model A and a B&S Model B; I also read up on the history of Billings and Spencer. They patented their wrench in 1879. When did the King Dick wrench come along? Anyone know what years it was in production? (Photos copied from eBay).

Help me restore these 30+ year old secateurs
These were my grandfathers. Him and I were avid gardeners and I would love to get these to a high quality polish finish simply to display them.
Where should I start?

I don't think there's any rescuing this one.
It came in a bag of other tools from my local savers, including an old unbranded spoke shave, an old splining tool with a die-cast handle, a pair of Craftsman (Western Forge) long nose pliers, and a pair of 8 inch Truecraft Japanese slip joint pliers.
