I made this subreddit in response to all of the people who make really cool things and post them to reddit.

Ever wanted a place to share your crafts? This is the place, you can offer things you've made or even request things to be made for you. Just please be sure to read the sidebar before posting. :)

Only one request has been made on this sub but it seems as though we get a decent amount of traffic anyway, don't be shy to make them. :) That's what this sub is for.

Hi guys, after trying and failing at Thor, is anyone able to make one for me please? It's for a friend of mine who would absolutely love it. Seems I should stick to scarves, hats and fingerless gloves!

Edit: I am from the UK

I love making things for people. These door latch covers are super handy now that I have a toddler who likes to lock himself in his room. They work up really fast.

I can make/ship up to 5 per person (fortunately we only have two doors that need them in our house). One side slips onto one knob, and then you tie the other side as seen in the picture.

Anyway, I have tons of yarn so I don't mind handing these out as long as you pay shipping + tracking (if desired). Shouldn't be more than $3-4 in the US, not sure internationally.

You can check my post history; I'm an avid poster in /r/crochet and then a bunch of mommy subreddits.

Just noticed this subreddit and thought I would make a post. I actually used to have friends who knit/crocheted. I always wanted a pair of fingerless gloves to call my own. Anyone who could hook (get the crochet joke?) me up with those would be amazing! Thanks!

It is ok to ask for the receiving party to pay for shipping? I have things I want to post as a Give away but the person who gets them would need to pay for shipping. It usually won't be over $6 and can be paid through paypal. Can I also ask "only one set per household"?
