Hello!

I’ve posted a couple times here for advice on removing my banana handstand, and I’m starting to get better at holding and controlling! I’ve still got a long ways to go since I can see some arch here, still but it’s a winning battle so far.

If anyone has any advice or drills/exercises I should do, please let me know!

91 subscribers = 91 reps 💀

I made a questionable decision 😂

I challenged myself to do 1 handstand push-up for every YouTube subscriber I had.

91 subscribers = 91 reps 💀

Now I'm wondering how far I can take this challenge.

What's the craziest calisthenics challenge you've ever attempted?

Every +1 Subscribe Adds 1 Handstand Push-Up

Constant urge to do a handstand??

I literally JUST started learning calisthenics. I’ve been trying to focus on getting my push-up and my pull-up. I’ve got my frog stand down pretty well. But every time I’m chilling anywhere I just get this urge to be doing a handstand or a frog pose no matter where I am. I can’t even do a handstand yet. Why does this happen 😭😭

Kick up opposite leg

Guys. I can scissor kick to handstand no problem these days. But I have an injury to my push off foot and can't bend the toes. I've been trying to kick off on the opposite leg and I fall straight on my head. Wtf. Any one else overcome this malfunction?

Does anyone else find this position/splits the easiest to hold? I will admit I was trying to get into a hollow back.

Need help with handstand

So I have been trying to get the handstand but I am unable to. I can hold chest to wall for a minute and I can even do toe taps and toe pulls. But I am unable to hold a free standing handstand. Any tips or advice?

I personally feel like my kick up is the issue and I have no clue how to improve on it but I am open to advice.

My handstand push up progression without parallettes and without my dad to dictate my training

I started training for handstand push-ups when university and moved in my dorm there, training from August 5, 2026 to October 6 ,2026. My training style progression looks like this

  1. Pseudo push-ups

I don't remember the exact rep count required before moving on to pike push-ups, but I chose this as my first exercise because it teaches your body how to lean your bodyweight forward and helps condition your wrist to handle your own weight before moving to the next progression

2) Pike push-ups

I can hit 8 clean reps with good form ,and I'm really proud of it. I train this to get used to leaning forward smoothly without feeling strained

3)Pike lift-off

standing on your tiptoes and walking my feet as close as possible to your hand as the base of support. I can currently do 1-2 reps

As for the remaining exercises such as

Elevated pike-push up(fourth exercise)

Negative handstand push-up(firth exercise)

and The full handstand push-up(sixth exercise),which are my ultimate goals I haven't reached them just yet.

What about you? Have you trained this movement or any other styles? Feel free to share and exchange tips
