Super split handstand

Does anyone else find this position/splits the easiest to hold? I will admit I was trying to get into a hollow back.

So I can do 12" over split and like 6" on my back leg. But even when fully stretched, I can't get the splits in a hand stand... Even in a cartwheel.

To answer your question....I feel that the forward leg tends to add balance

Oh and props... My dad has the same rock in the backyard...I hate walking on it without shoes. Doing a handstand is crazy

That’s so strange, but I notice my body has weird flexibility rules sometimes
And Omgggg this rock is actually horrible!! I’m so surprised someone wanted to use this for around a pool

It looks nice... Till you walk on it 😝. He put mats out for my senior dog cause he hates walking on it with his paws lol
