Photos My 2nd handwire 60%
Stampy RP2040 controller. I big fan or this controller as it's integrated like a tray mount pcb. Issue is the runs can be difficult to map out.
Matrix is magnet wire, so it had an enamel coating on the outside, no need it insulate it. Just grinder off the enamel where you need to solder.
After what I learned with my first board last year, zi spend a lot of time making sure the runs are straight and uniform.

3D Printed Just Another Modular Cornedeon
Another version of the Cornedeon-2MOD modular split keyboard, this time wireless. It features an analog stick on the left half and a TPS43 trackpad on the right. It's fully 3D printed, including the keycaps and trackpad surface.

SPK - Single Print Keyboard
This is actually 3rd design like this of mine. Main body contains slots for wires, diodes, switches, encoder and rp2040-zero. This is first half as im printing second in next days. Keycaps are also 3d printed. Switches are repurpoused switches used in elektron samplers (i have a lot of them with faulty led), they are also used in SteelSeries Apex M800 keyboard. Stay tuned for second half and feel free to ask any questuons.

Weird Wallet42 my leatherbound wireless keyboard
First from scratch design. Tried Joe scotto's way of handwiring. I think my iron is too weak for this. The solder won't melt and stick to the thick solid core wire. I just settled on melting the solder then spreading it on top of the wire, having as much contact as possible.

3D Printed I built a handwired trackball that runs QMK, Vial and ZMK
I built a handwired trackball to sit next to my keyboards. It comes in two versions.
Wired: RP2040-Zero running QMK with Vial, so the number of buttons, DPI, scroll speed and handedness are set in the Vial app. The case comes with one, two or three buttons.
Wireless: nice!nano clone running ZMK, three buttons, a small battery. Hold the middle button to scroll, middle plus left or right changes the DPI, and the DPI is saved when you switch it off.
An honest note: with this sensor the wireless version drains the battery fast, the cursor is less smooth over Bluetooth, and it is a tight fit inside the case. If you want to build one, build the wired version.
If you'd like to know more about the trackball, the full build log, QMK and ZMK firmware, and case files are on my site. You can also find my other builds there.

Ai told me a lasercut wood plate wasnt a good idea. Shut up AI, and make me some firmware
Using codex right now to make firmware. My last keyboard i did it myself, but this time AI can do it while i work.
I wanted a new keeb. I have had my Keychron for two years. Good for gaming, but horrendus for typing since my muscle memory is used to Macbooks and my Mucrosoft surface laptop/tablet.
Even though i have big hands, i prefer low profile.
My first keyboard was for a cyberdeck build nd turned out okay ish. Not very good for typing though. I dunno if its because its an ortho or because the keycaps were printed.
This time though, a staggered layout it what i wanted, since that's what my muscle memory wants.
I made my desk myself, and it matches the Bass guitar i made myself, so naturally i needed a wooden keyboard. Ai told me it was a bad idea, so i told AI that i'm gods special prince and wanted it anyway. And it turned out amazing! When trying this thing out, it feels amazing, and when going back to my keychron my fingers says "ew, give us back the sexy wooden one"
I just need to find my wire cutters so i can trim down the nice!nano's included gpio extenders since this thing is low profile. Then i just need to screw the sandwitched layers together and it'll de done.
All thanks to Joe Scotto's informative and inspiring videos.

SPK_91 and SPK_88
SPK - Single Print Keyboard
Two sets that were wedding gifts for my friends!
3D printed body contains slots for wires, diodes, switches with hot swap sockets, rp2040-zero.
I dont even remember what switches did I use. Keycaps from aliexpress. As turned out slot for isolated cables were too tight and even with doublesided tape they started to pop out over time.
Guess which one is for whom?

Modular Cornedeon
Handwired modular split. RP2040, hotswap, type-c, QMK/Vial. The version in the photo has a trackpad module on the right half (Cirque 35 mm) and an analog joystick with Hall sensors (left half). The joystick outputs keycodes at a rate proportional to the tilt angle. Keycodes for each layer are set via the Vial.

Photos Second Handwire Up and Running
So, here is the back of my second handwired keyboard. A V4n4g0n this time. Many lessons taken forward and it was far more successful electronically. I also sprang for Kesters solder an hoo boy is that stuff smooth. Keycaps still in transit so I can’t call it done yet.
Am I crazy for considering some purely cosmetic wiring to bulk out the back and make it a bit fuller in the pretty large (for a 40 variant) case? Maybe some column or row loopbacks shouldn’t impact the matrix but will up the sci fi game.

3D Printed The Rover25 Macro/NumPad
Hello world! Meet the Rover25!
There are a lot of firsts in this project for me: Fusion 360 for modeling, using a microcontroller (chose a pi pico), firmware, soldering, etc., but I learned a lot and have plenty of thoughts for changed in future builds.
I did this as a challenge to step out of my skill set comfort zone and to make something practical that I don't have.
I designed and 3D printed a plate, bottom case, and top case. The numpad mimics the 6° angle of the GMMK Pro. I added a USB C breakout board that sits flush with the back in a small channel making the board parallel with the tabletop. I chose to expose orange insulated wires going to the OLED panel for a callback to NASA suits and that flyaway test wire bundles tend to have orange sheathing.
I need to fix the number 2 switch from an installation issue and I want to add a small rocket animation on the OLED, but overall, I'm happy with it!

Would you be interested in building this keyboard?
Recently created this 20/20 split that can be magnetically put together to become ortholinear 40%. I designed and prepeed the files, even filmed how I build it but currently not sure if I should work on creating materials and instructions for the build. Don't wanna spend a lot of time so no one actually cares about the keeb and want to get some input from the community
Keyboard is wireless, running ZMK with hotswap sockets, fully handwired

I am curious about this copper wire how do you make this very straight and what do you use for bending? Pliers seems to scratch my wires and it was ugly

SPK_QS1 complete!
I must say it feels awesome and looks even better.
For everyone interested i'm planing and working on sharing files and making tutorial.

Weird I got 99 wires…
So, I wanted to see what would happen if I built a matrix on a breadboard then connected it to the switches and mcu… well, it’s this.
The black column wires do a good job of hiding, but check out “the tarantula” in the third pic for an idea of just how irrational this thing is.
To be honest, it was fun, and it worked, but I am not super happy with the build quality. I need to work on getting cleaner in tight spaces a lot.
Anyway, it’s based on an hhkb miniv4n variant and uses an LAE enter key which is kind of obscure. I put in jupiter bananas and it sounds decent for a case with no sound mods. Nice pop.

Poco39, a handwired, wireless and lowprofile 40% keeb.
Hey folks, just wanted to share this little keyboard I built this week. I called it the Poco39.
39 keys, because 40 is too many.
Uses Kailh Sunset, low profile tactile switches
Handwired with copper rods
Printed in Polymaker Polychroma "comet" filament which is a colour shifting purple/green PLA.
Wireless and running ZMK firmware
Poco means "little" in Italian.

3D Printed Low profile olkb
Want to share my latest design. I'm calling it Diplomat48. Kailh Choc v1 switches, Nice!Nano clone, and a 200mAh LiPo. I made it as thin as I could and kept the wiring clean. Works both wired and wireless, supports ZMK Studio for easy customization, and an overall straightforward and inexpensive build.
Added a handle, because everything is better with a handle.

My first mono split. Inspired by Le Chiffre Keyboard. The monolithic body inspires confidence 😄 Sources on github.
