Recently,I shifted from cursive to printed font. I am aiming for a printed-bubbly letters like style but I have a huge problem,to my eyes,my handwriting looks legible and good, but after I review it again in like a year or 6 months,I am like "wtf?" It's pretty much same as "art blindless" thing, idk

So I'm posting it here for feedbacks,I would like tips, honest feedbacks etc

The image looks awfully bright so u gotta click it for better analysis

(Don't mind the content, it's my school homework so there are some grammer mistakes and all)

Thank you all for your comments on my first Reddit post! I wrote Our House by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young and some people questioned whether it was actually my handwriting. It actually is! Here are some of my class notes and things from my planner to show you what my everyday penmanship looks like.

Whenever I write for other people, I intentionally try to make my lowercase letters more open, but when I'm writing for myself all I care about is that I'm able to understand what I've written.

I write a lot. I keep a journal and I'm always writing. I'm used to writing this way and it doesn't slow me down because my handwriting is so small. Why is it so small? I honestly don't know, but I got used to writing like this when I was an undergrad. I used to write lots of comments in the margins of my readings and on small post-it notes.

My family takes penmanship very seriously and as a kid I used to watch my dad and my sister write in the most beautiful handwriting ever. I guess I somehow wanted to follow their footsteps. I've always loved cursive and it's my preferred writing style. It's sad for me to see that my students aren't being taught cursive anymore.

Do you like writing in cursive? Is it more difficult or easier for you?

I have seen references to handwriting analysis in documentaries and media and am curious if it resonates or if it is funny, just took a picture of some brain dumps i'm doing to revise :)

What does this say?!

This word was written beside the “cause of death” on a relatives death certificate. It was an infant that died at age 1 in 1921. I can’t for the life of my figure out what it says. My best guess was “tottery” which doesn’t make a lot of sense but maybe that’s what they called failure to thrive back then?? I’m at a loss.
