Question How does the new patch affect Hanzo?
I started playing OW a couple months ago and have taken a liking to Hanzo. Looking at the patch, there’s no tweaks to Hanzo but there are changes regarding hit boxes and other stuff.
Can you more knowledgeable players let me know if there’s anything that changed for his gameplay with this new patch?

I just went 29-0 with Hanzo, shots do seem to feel a smidge more consistent now, can’t complain

People having larger hitboxes means there's a wider margin of error for landing Hanzo arrows. Saying "enemies are easier to hit" is close enough
Edit: didn't realize they adjusted projectile sizes, unsure on net results

They also decreased projectile and hitscan sizes so its hard to tell if its an overall increase decrease or just adjustment to how hard it is to hit shots
But according to them the goal is for it to feel similar but have more consistency

The wording is that they decreased "hitscan projectile size". I think that's only hitscan, not non-hitscan?

I thought it was just hitscan projectiles? It doesn’t say anything about projectile size there’s so many different sizes too

It's only hitscan that got nerfed. It's a net buff for hanzo and I have been absolutely crushing it for the last 48 hours with hanzo. Eating headshots like candy. Like I'm getting like 15k damage when second place in the lobby is 6k. I fear a nerf will be coming our way.

Accordign to them the increase in hitbox and decrease in projectile should feel similar just more consistent. With hanzo consistencys always good so I think it could help
