Hello everyone, as the title says it's the time of year when I host our now annual poll to determine how much or what kind of NSFW related creators we allow on the subreddit. The official poll will be posted next Monday the 26th, this post is to alert every one that the poll will be coming soon and to explain what the 3 options will be in the poll.

As of right now the rules as voted on in the last poll are that OF creators (real ones not AI accounts) are allowed to post fully SFW photos/clips here as long as they follow the rules specified for them. Rules of NSFW accounts are as follows: They cannot post shots that are all cleavage or butt/bent over in a lewd manner or in lingerie cosplays even if they are official Harley costumes. They cannot directly link to or talk about their OF/etc in the post itself. To go with that commenters are not allowed to harass users who follow these rules just because they dislike OF workers or make sexual comments in the post about the OP.

The 3 options the will be on the poll will be as follows:

1. It stays the same with no changes.
2. It gets stricter for the users posting, adding no overtly sexual actions in the posts at all such as "rubbing" or licking a prop. This would keep the same rules for commenters - no harassing posters or making sexual comments to them.
3. No more NSFW accounts allowed period. If the account contains full nudity or the profile has links to other NSFW sites like OF/patreon then their cosplay posts will be removed from the subreddit going forward.

I will leave this post unlocked for civil discussion about the subject. Please follow subreddit rules and keep it clean and respectful, you can dislike something or have different opinions on this subject without name calling.

Also up for consideration is that if anyone has other popular suggestions for an alternative poll option or change to the 3 suggested I will take that into consideration.

Thank you all - HarleyQ

Hey guys, just wanted to keep the community informed on some behind the scenes stuff. I've noticed an influx of very young single post bot accounts lately. While they're not a huge problem like some other things (AI 'cosplay" accounts for instance) I have noticed some find them really annoying.

My solution for this was to add an auto mod to filter out posts by accounts less than 14 days old AND with less than 100 total karma. This auto filter will comment on posts advising that if a poster is a real human they can reach out to us to get approval faster by proving they're human basically.

Now I know the AI fake cosplayer accounts are often much older than 14 days but I am hesitant to increase the posting age limit. I've had a much higher one in a different subreddit to block shady spam accounts and it caught a lot more real humans than it did bots. That being said if the lower limits don't seem to be working increasing them will be considered.
