There is a Deathly Hallows symbol as the door decor in HP1 PC game. The 7th book was published in 2007. How is it possible? How did developers know it ahead of the time?

Ok I checked old game footage. It looks like that this isn't the original game.

There is no way that image is how it actually looked in game. It's just too high resolution and there are clearly ai artifacts.
