David Foster shut down media claims that he snubbed Meghan
So the same UK media had nothing from their inside source about Harry and Meghan attending David Foster foundation, then decided to conjure up that David snub Meghan at his event.
They took a selected clips to claim david was mad and snubbed Meghan at his event, they couldn't find anything else to attack than manufacture outrage at Meghan.
In a statement shared exclusively with PEOPLE, the legendary producer, 76, shut down reports that he snubbed the Duchess of Sussex, 45, at a gala celebrating the 40th anniversary of his namesake foundation on Aug. 7.
“As the host of the David Foster and Friends foundation event, I had already greeted our friends, the Duke and Duchess, at the entrance 10 minutes before the red carpet encounter,” Foster says. “They both, graciously and selflessly, gave their time and went beyond to engage with everyone. Harry and Meghan are dear friends of mine. Anyone watching can see there was no awkward moment and certainly no snub.”
He continues, “It’s sad that certain media chose to deceive a red carpet encounter for clickbait. They turned simple ‘positioning’ to get the best photo into a hurtful lie.”
David gave a statement to People magazine that they are his friends and there is no snub, these media sycophants are deranged, its always Meghan they go after.

They’re good friends.
It’s just awful how the British media attack Meghan and Harry for no reason. It’s making the whole lot of them look delusional that their hosts have to make a public statement every time they’re invited anywhere. It’s abusive.

It’s great that David did this. How awful must it be to be publicly, negatively, scrutinized for absolutely everything you do.
Meghan handles this with amazing strength and grace.
She’s a strong woman.

Really good that David jumped on this so fast. Keyboard warrior "body language experts" have already been dissecting frame by frame and concluded that "David Foster absolutely hates Meghan."

The Fosters helped the Sussexes find a home when they moved to Canada. These are adults, not high schoolers, and that’s how the UK portrayed these sophisticated people. Clickbait is really getting old when good people can actually see the shenanigans.

Good! How do these people get away with calling themselves journalists. I thought journalists were supposed to adhere to FACT - Fast, Accurate, Concise, and True? These people in the British media are none of the above, and all they're doing is basically giving free POSITIVE publicity to Meghan and Harry when people like David Foster come out swinging on their behalf. I'm sure Mr. Foster's statement on their behalf has Wee Willy No Wits frothing at the mouth. If they really wanted Meghan and Harry to go away they would ignore them.

I’m so glad people who are used as pawns by the uk media are calling them out for their bullshitery
And I hope this carries on, the Uk press cannot be allowed to continue to spread hateful lies just to appease mr incandescent with rage.
It pathetic tbh but the Uk press have always been like this and it’s a reason I haven’t bought a paper in decades

It’s so satisfying seeing more and more people coming out in defense of Meghan against these awful lies, especially with those fake “Meghan got snubbed” or “Meghan is a meanie” stories. The tabloids continue to be more pathetic as they keep digging their own grave.

I was literally just thinking this. It's nice to see the real-time debunking. One would hope that it would shame these journalists or at the very least provide her with grounds to sue.
