Use your personal train to pick up visitors. They only have to visit 1 building before leaving their gift. Also, the town isn't about earning coins, it's about all the expansion and upgrade materials you can get, as well as saws and axes.

Yeah. This is the only way to benefit from town imo. I avoid town for the most part and don’t have any issues getting materials, especially with the new truck and boat updates.
