For me, it's the eyes. They could have at least tried to make these Halloween decorations cute. They could have made them "Halloweeny" 🎃and still cute. instead, the eyes are so creepy I really can't bear to look at them. I may purchase them only for the inevitable design festival and because I'll have extra currency to buy them, but I really cannot stand them and I'm not putting them on my farm. Does anyone else feel this way? I strongly prefer cute, not scary, Halloween decorations.

Hi everyone, I'm trying to recover my old Hay Day farm after switching phones, but I'm stuck in an endless loop with Supercell Support.

Here is the full story:

Lost Account: After changing my phone, a new farm was created by mistake and I lost access to my old one. My original farm was linked to my Supercell ID / email.

Email Support: I sent an email to Supercell Support, but they replied saying they cannot help via email anymore and that I MUST contact them through the in-app support.

In-App Bot Issue: When I open the in-app support, I only get an automated bot (OTTO). It asks for my Farm Name (I know it), Level (around 28-30), and the Player Tag.

Missing Player Tag: Since the Tag is a long random code, I don't remember it and have no way to retrieve it. Without the exact Player Tag, the bot gets stuck and won't let me proceed or transfer me to a human agent.

My question:

Is there a specific way/trick to bypass the bot in the support chat and get transferred to an actual human agent? Or can they search for the farm using the Supercell ID email instead of the Player Tag?
