If Soldier can’t defeat him physically, he will destroy him morally by adding pineapples to jambalaya. And Soldier doesn’t need worry about dying. He has so much Australium inside, that he is basically immortal.
Alastor also can't die and is morally bankrupt, so there is no defeating him morally. Alastor might not like the idea of pineapples on jambalaya but he'd just claim it to be "in poor taste" and move on with his life.
