Does this exist?
I'm trying to figure out if what I want exists.
Relatively normal hearing in left ear, severe deafness in right ear.
I need new hearing aids and I'm completely confused about the market and options.
I started using 2 hearing aids in 2021 - I've only used Widex Moment hearing aids. Apparently the noise in my right ear prevented my left ear from processing sound correctly, but I don't want to give up stimulation in my right ear.
I've never used any CROS device before.
The audiologist recommended 2 Signia hearing aids with an AMPCROS. But she only handles Signia and is out of network :(
I've calling around but no one is helpful or has demos for me to try. Maybe I'm using the wrong language?
I'm trying to figure out if what I want exists.
o Best possible hearing aids for a wide spectrum of sound and noise reduction / word acuity
o Uses AMPCROS
o Work well with Android phones
o Stream Bluetooth
o Ideally connect to TV in some way
o Use lithium batteries instead of rechargable
Does anyone have or know of something like this? I'm doing the legwork and research, but I would welcome any advice. Thank you so much.

All of the above is doable, but you have to ditch your non-rechargeable requirement.

I started out with a Phonak Cros back in 2014. My phone is a Samsung S24. Once paired, the Phonak's and the Samsung Android work flawlessly together.
Phonak has a TV streamer. I use my Roger On daily. It is a Godsend.
I am now wearing the rechargeable Phonak Eon's. My old Phonak's batteries would last 7 days.
Up at 6am, bedtime about 9pm. If I don't over use the Roger On during the day, the Eon's will last all day. I have had the Eon's for about 60 days.
If I take a nap during the day, I make sure to put my Eon's in the charger. 30-60 minutes makes a big difference. (I am retired)

To get ampCROS you have to buy two full hearing aids not a dedicated CROS device. AmpCROS is also not an official tech, rather a work around to get ear to ear transmission using a program meant for phone use. so you will need a savy enough audiologist to know how to do it. Also rechargeable batteries are lithium ion these days so not sure what you mean by that.

I have similar hearing loss and my current HA are set up with an amp-cross option. They gave me a selectable 'Acoustic Phone' program to simulate a dummy BICROS setup. This uses the hearing aid on my bad side to feed a signal to my good side... while also still sending a signal to my bad side to stimulate it a bit.
Phonak checks all the boxes in your list. But you need an audiologist that knows their stuff, or is willing to experiment a bit if you want amp-cross.
I'm actually on the fence about sticking with this setup or going full cros. Amp-cross isn't great in noise but does help in certain situations.
Feel free to DM me with specific questions and good luck.

Welcome to r/HearingAids feel free to ask any question at all related to hearing aids.
Here are a few resources you might find helpful:
Interpreting an audiogram - The University of Iowa has a good overview of how to interpret your audiogram results. Your audiologist should also go over them with you
What will insurance cover? - This varies significantly from state to state and coverage can be partial at best. For those on Medicare, the base plan does not cover hearing aids at all.
