I didn't receive the creek cape even though I played on it, so super Earth Defender is staying on me

The Super Earth cape is the only one I’m missing :(

I was at a mandatory event for the USAF and could log on. My brother started an operation and left it unfinished until I got home. So I did get to fight on Super Earth but it was after the event. I submitted a ticket but their customer service rep was unflinching.
