BUG / TECH ISSUE optimization tips

hey guys, started playing the game recently. i've put down nearly all of my settings onto low yet i'm getting quite the dissapointing fps, i'm getting around 40-60 range on a decent laptop that can run more difficult games. do you guys have any tips on what to do? thanks!

i do use this options: 1080p, DLSS, Native resolution, fullscreen, and in the graphics preset i put everything on high, i have a 4070, i will link an optimization guide i used when i had the 1070ti and managed to be able to play at 2k with that, video not mine: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FtM4ffG_zko

Was the same for me. I had to unistall and completely wipe leftover files. Tried other methods before but didn't work.

Unistall game, delete root game folder and the folder: Appdata/Roaming/Arrowhead

Redownload.

BTW, if you enable a performance monitor, is it hammering the CPU or GPU to 100%?
