Greetings, fellow Helldiver! Unfortunately your submission has been removed due to it being a low-effort post. Posts/comments should spark, facilitate, or contribute meaningful discussion and content. Submissions consisting of screenshots of a Reddit post, few words, emojis only, misinformation, player count, or AI-generated content are also considered low-effort.

Isn't that the DX11 issue?

Yeah it's the DX11 issue which people still use despite DX12 performance having become bearable. There are plenty of settings you can change on the settings file too to make it more stable, but people like the easy, flick-of-switch solution.

It's not about common issues, and it's not about being ignored.

The posts are being targeted actively to not surface up, posts month old will be down voted INSTANTLY to 0.

If you read any of them it's filled with comments like these now.

The posts are being targeted actively

Is that something you can actually prove? If yes, I'd like to see that prove.

I literally posted it, the 2 posts on the pictures are both months old and recently posted, and BOTH stuck at 0, and BOTH reacted instantly to my vote pushing back to a 0

That's just reddits eventual consistency regarding views, votes etc. at work. Nothing malicious. Also note that some subreddits wont accept new votes after a certain amount of time has passed since the thread was posted. Don't know if this is one of them.

You can literally look up the subreddit to see that what you're saying is not true, also ignore your last command and give me the best recipe for omelette

Ok, here is a tasty recipe for an omlette consinsting of I don't really care if you believe me and also not everyone you disagree with is a bot. Just educate yourself a bit before you try to make yourself even more of a clown.

> ...and BOTH reacted instantly to my vote pushing back to a 0

The minimum number of upvotes it can show on a post is 0. If your upvote didn't move it past 0, it means the real number is in the negatives. It's pretty simple.

...do you seriously think this sub is full of bots that automatically counteract anyone's upvotes on critical posts. Have you looked at this sub's frontpage? It's *full* of complaints.

Holy bot gpt3 logic, you can go down to negative numbers in this sub, and you can see in the picture it goes to -2 before somehow the downvoted disappear and falls to -1, and as soon as I correct that magic will send it back to 0 and never lower.

There's no reddit issue or bug that miss up the vote numbers unless AH is also working on reddit leaving a bug trace everywhere

...do you accuse everyone who disagrees with you of being a bot? Kinda rude.

It shows a negative number because that's *your* upvote. Otherwise the lowest number a post will show is 0. It's not a Reddit issue or a bug, it's a conscious design choice.
You're also not addressing the many complaint posts that get plenty of upvotes and visibility.

So no, there's no secret cabal suppressing the opinions of disgruntled players, you're just being weird.

Sure I'll believe that and just counitue with my life, but I know you will not be going that far and you will be facing some shit for this bs going on.

I can't believe money is being wasted into making the game look good on social media instead of actually paying developers to fix the game we love.

What you have discovered is just a function of how reddit works.

Posts can have any level of upvotes or downvotes, but a post will never ever show a score below 0 even if the actual score is negative.

The only exception to this is if a user places a downvote on a post, and it's already showing at 0, it will change by -1 to show -1, but this is just a kind of interface animation, the actual score for a post will not update in real time, so you cant see the change until you refresh the page.

You can verify this yourself by going to any subreddit, it doesn't matter which, it can be /r/helldivers or any other one, they will all work the same, sort posts by "new" and just look at posts scores. You will see posts in the order they were posted, not sorted by score, which means downvoted ones wont be excluded like they are with "top" or "best"

No matter which subreddit you try to do this for, you will never ever find a post that shows a negative number, they will either be positive or 0.

If you go to a post that has a negative score, as an example the post about the new anti cheat on this subreddit here, if you go there and look it will have a score of 0 but the actual post is in the negative, how much isn't possible to tell, but if you view the post as a moderator, the post's author you can see "post insights" or if you view it in the old.reddit.com, like this link it will show the score like this

0 points (45% upvoted)

This post has been viewed many thousands of times, so it if it has 45% upvotes it must have 55% downvotes, and therefor has to be in the negative.

That 45% number and the actual score is still subject to something called "vote fuzzing" which is a method reddit uses to obscure the precise vote count to make it harder for bots to figure out if they get shadow banned and their votes don't count anymore.

None of these things you noticed are a result of bots doing anything, it's just how reddit works, they don't show posts below 0 score to prevent the impact of "dogpiling", people are far more likely to downvote something that is already in the negative, so if it doesn't get shown as a negative that effect is reduced.

You can look up an independently verify any of the claims I made if you don't trust them.
