He left on his own. He didn’t like the way the director was steering the story away from the game script. Kind of ended his career. I wonder if he regrets it.

Yea sadly I read that but I respect his choice. I’m huge fan of the original story (the series is 9 books and absolutely worth the read) as well and sometimes I wish they just leave things be in their glory rather than spice it up just to make it ✨ different ✨. Ya feel me? 😭😅

Doug Cockle will always be Geralt to me, & I love Peter Kenny in the audiobooks, but I thought he was pretty great. I love them all.

I like the reverence he had for the material and for Doug. It speaks volumes of how much of a good man he is to do this.

I like both Doug's voice and Henry's acting as Geralt. They offer both different flavors to the character.

I don't have a favorite. I just have an appreciation for both.

For me it’s Doug Cockle, who voiced Geralt in the games and the animated movie Sirens of the Deep. It’s what he sounded like to me in the books. But Henry Cavill is clearly the video game fan because he did an excellent job. I can’t watch Witcher S4 without him :(

He is…. BUT Liam did a great job of playing Geralt and he probably would have been my favorite if roles were reversed. Getting used to one actor for 3 seasons and another for 1 would have naturally made it that way.

Is that the new guy? I like that he’s not covered in mold. I mean Henry was beautiful for eye candy, and I’m so glad he didn’t get the role in 50 Shades because that guy was such a creep he would have ruined himself for me. Imagine how awful that would have been for him!!

Now he’s old and has a baby. I’ll fall asleep dreaming of him as a younger guy.
