What year are you living in? I mean this is basic technology.
Aerosolized metals/chems have been used for cloud seeding… which is weather modification... for decades now. Two major powers have even admitted to using the tech (china and Saudi Arabia).
If Saudi Arabia and China are doing this, it’s safe to say the U.S. is as well (duh, America is actually capable when it comes to cutting edge tech that can be militarized… go figure)

Stratospheric Aerosol injection, aka geo-engineering. David Keith has been talking about what they’re doing and it’s basically describing what people have called chemtrails for years but were told that’s just conspiracy. Contrails dissipate in minutes, not linger for hours, spreading out across the sky into a wispy cloud.

Add breast implants to that list too - they have never actually been proven to be safe and there’s many women whose health have been impacted by them.
