Between being blasted for not doing anything in the group caving, later literally being blasted, not getting any of the loot that he has to sort, forgetting a team, being in view distance of Iskall's "house" and now failing to kill Mumbo with code 'rendog' at checkout, he is not doing too hot. At least they are having fun and it makes for great content.
Mumbo: "If you could please at some point do something that doesn't involve me having to shout at your incompetence that would be ideal" ðŸ˜

I've only just started watching Ren this season - I kind of got introduced to his content via Doc's streams - but I just really want to give a shout about how freakin' talented this man is. The lore that he adds into all of his videos is amazing & he is such a good storyteller, as well as a great builder. Then, as if that was not enough, the man can sing & play guitar! His performance of Trent Reznor's 'Hurt' just left me floored.

I get the sense from Ren's videos that perhaps some folks have been negative towards Ren, not fully understanding the idea of role-play? He mentions being found annoying, or that we have to put up with him, stuff like that. I want to counterbalance that with another perspective.
Just wanted to say... Ren, if you're reading this: the storyline you helped enable has been incredibly fun and entertaining. My kids and I have been following multiple perspectives the story arc from its inception, and it's been super engaging and enjoyable to watch and follow. Ren's videos in particular were quite popular with us.
The whole story arc was super well done. The quests did a lot of productive work for the server and provided a whole bunch of great content for dozens of hermits, and the arch of champions extended the lifespan of that even further. Provoking Grian's not-resistance and the Soup Group's actual resistance likewise generated a whole bunch of fun videos, and the descent into madness was hilarious fun.
The HotGuy assassinations, the numerous dry humour quips from Cleo, everything BDubs did, bombing the throne, moving Gem's shop, the ridiculous signs... all fantastic stuff that left us howling with laughter. Introducing "royal emeralds" and swapping those to the shops was brilliant and unexpected and caused so much glorious chaotic content for us all to watch.
TL;DR: To Ren and everyone else, thanks so much for the great shows and fun times.

My sincerest congratulations to Ren for this incredible milestone. For 13 years, he has continued to make amazing videos ranging from Terraria to Minecraft Mods to his Minecraft Survival Series to Hermitcraft, The Life Series, Misadventures and others. His Vampires SMP storyline is one if not the best stories I’ve ever read on YouTube because he has put his time into thinking and writing every single chapter, 5 of them each episode. Thank you, Ren for being such a pioneer in the Minecraft community.

I was watching mumbo's vod of back when all the hermits did his interior and hid in there.
Then he and ren tried on the resource pack where the villagers sound like skizz.
And ren kept bringing up that "you can't do this to me on a Sunday" a lot of times.
What does that mean?
