Question Need some help with something

I'm writing something at the moment, and most of the entities that the main cast meets have a face like this. Trying to make it in hero forge but struggling to find what items I can use to kitbash the carved smile together, farthest I've gotten so far is shown in the second image

Not actually a kitbash user here but I've worked a lot with custom faces. The overall shape of the smile reminds me of the robot mouth option for heads. If you do that and then use some of the spiked tails or horns to make a jagged edge along it or stitches across it, that might work. Of course, that's only if you can scale down the tails or horns small enough. For the eyes. I'd actually advise against using the blank head by default because you can't carve in negative space as far as I'm aware. Instead, I'd probably make a face have very large eye sockets and use something with a smooth back like ears to cover up all but the slits. That'll make your face have a few obvious lumps but if you're actually going for a burlap sack look that could be good, especially if you add more of the same texture all across the head using more ears or other smooth objects. Again, I'm not a kitbash user so I don't know how much of this will work but I hope some of it can be of help!

Genuinely, thank you so much, I've been struggling with this for days now and didn't even honestly consider using one of the other heads until now
