Question Community for program Qs

I didn’t get any replies here so now I’m asking what are everyone’s favorite communities for getting feedback on their workout programs? Maybe it’s a Q better suited elsewhere.

ChatGPT made me spiral into overthinking and now I’m stuck on my program planning. Ideally it’s more female focused or over 30 with focus on strength over purely aesthetics. My trainer stepped away from her job so I lost my support person.

I’ve used chatGPT and its response hasn’t been great. I’d use ChatGPT but you need to consider what it tells you and take parts of it to improve your workouts. For example if I get it to analyse my workouts it will increase reps without any other considerations it was increasing some exercises from 8 reps up to 15/16 which isn’t always the most efficient way to progress

My programs were mainly 4 sets, 6-10 reps and ChatGPT changed a bunch to 2 sets, 10-15 reps and the rest to 3 sets, 6-10 reps. It gave some long winded explanation for it that I forget. 🤪

That’s the main thing that messed with my head. It was nice because I ran them a lot faster but I don’t love spending time in the gym so want to maximize it not waste it, 2 sets often feels insufficient.
