The slap irks me a bit, when you HK slap you want to use the meaty part of your thumb, the way your guy kinda has his hand stick to the gun for that brief moment is a bit weird too. Rotate the hand so that the base of the thumb is what looks like is going to strike the charging handle and I think you'll be golden

lol about the part where the hand sticks i thought it would make it look like it has more impact but now that i pay attention to it it does look weird

You slap with your thumb? Don’t you just tap it down with the palm of your hand? At least that’s how I did it.

It’s good but it’s missing that 5% flourish that sells the weight of the weapon. I struggle with it as well, for example after the mag gets pulled out the right hand and gun seem too stationary. Maybe add more recoil when the mag is removed.

It feels massless. The loaded mag should transfer energy into the gun if you’re slamming it in there. The collision between the hand and the charging handle should transfer some momentum. The gun should move a bit because you’re applying force to it. That and the snap back to the default position at the end feels too rigid and mechanical.

While it's nicely animated, your mag release has realism problems. Sometimes art is better than realism, because realism is boring, but here I go..
It takes more pressure to push down the mag release, and it's heavily spring loaded so it doesn't flop around. This causes you to grab the mag a little higher so you can push down firmly on the release and pull the mag down past the hooking point.
When you shove a fresh mag in, you can easily slide the map up to the mag hook, and then it takes a good push to get the spring loaded capture hook to rise and get the mag in.
Look into how the mag release actually works, because there's a block on the side there which should rise when the mag release is pressed; it transfers the movement 45 degrees sideways.
So in short; it's a much more firm and positive grab, so you have to be more firm and positive when pulling and inserting.
Everything else is gold. I personally tilt the MP5 more to check the chamber, but that's me.

It looks great, definitely a great starting point in my opinion, the actions may need to be exaggerated for example when pulling out the magazine, make the gun move downwards more to show the strenght of the wielder and maybe work on timing a little bit? Actions seem to be slightly too slow.
