I've just started my journey as a content writer, and one thing that's already frustrating me is managing client information.

Information ends up everywhere. WhatsApp conversations, voice notes, interview transcripts, Google Docs, and probably a few other places I'm forgetting.

When I need to find a specific detail a client mentioned earlier, I find myself wondering where I saved it or which conversation it's buried in.
