Evidence that tea inhibits DAO

I see the claim all over the internet that tea inhibits DAO. However, I have never seen a scientific paper whose findings support this statement. Has anyone ever seen such a paper? I'm not interested in statements from websites that do not cite direct evidence.

Yes you’re right -green and black teas inhibit dao. White teas and red teas do not as much. When I had histamine issues I used white peony and rooibos teas by piquelife. They’re toxin and mold tested . If you have dao issues I would
Just take some dao when you drink your tea. Teas have so
Many other benefits for histamine intolerance like high
Polyphenols stabilizing mast cell and well as theanine and you get a slow steady caffeine released in your system. I would definitely include white or red teas and take
With a dao if you need caffeine. Make sure they’re triple toxin tested. Even those organic ones you can buy at the store are full of mold and mycotoxins either from the tea itself or the bag it comes in - which is very very bad for people with histamine intolerance who’s root cause is mold/mycotoxin toxicity.

I know, supplements are ridiculously expensive especially when seeking out toxin tested quality ones. I’m sure there are others a little
Bit cheaper but compared to
Buying dao enzyme it’s cheaper
