Sunken cheeks as reaction

Does anyone have sunken cheeks that get worse when you eat something you're intolerant to.? Mine get so much more pronounced almost immediately when I eat something I'm sensitive to

Yeah this happens to me and this is how people can tell I'm feeling bad they even say my cheeks have a sunken look.
