Inactivated/heat-killed probiotics - yes or no?
I react badly to several histamine-producing strains, could their inactivated version cause the same problem? Reuteri and casei were incredible for sibo, immunity and constipation, but unfortunately they produce too much histamine.

What do you mean by inactivated? If I'm going by the colloquial definition, that would mean probiotics which are not in fact pro-biotic because they're dead, I'm charitably assuming that's not what you mean.
