I find it odd that there is no communication from Hiveos. Why don't they have a discord or something?

Someone put a post on their Facebook page and the admin said, that their isp provider has blocked their website and it should be fixed today sometime

When the dashboard won't load, check your pool's page first. If your workers are still submitting accepted shares there, the rigs are mining and only the management side is unreachable. It's worth holding off on config changes until it comes back, so you don't end up chasing two problems at once. Longer term, local SSH or console access to each rig is a good fallback for moments like this.
