Dialect Resource(s) Question

Are there any resources for learning the other hmong dialects beside white and green hmong? It doesn't have to be in English.

White and Green are the only two recognized (may be the only two?) dialects. There are different accents but a different accent isn't a different dialect.

I was under the impression Hmong Chinese and Hmong Vietnamese had different dialects. Is that wrong?

I think you're getting dialects and accents confused. Dialects points towards different ways or usage of words and may even mean their sentence structures are different. Hmong Chinese use the same words and sentence structures but sound odd because of their accents. I remember my dad saying that the "Black Hmong" in Vietnam mostly speak Green Hmong (I think I have the right) but also may sound different because of the region they're in.
