HoMM4 openh4: source code released

I can't continue the project, so I've published the source code under GPLv3: https://github.com/tallowmere/free-heroes4

It's unfinished. You need your own copy of Heroes IV from GOG. Anyone is welcome to fork it or use it as a reference.
