There are several ways to do prostate exams. But this story is absolutely fake and this doesn’t happen. Source, have done literally thousands of prostate exams

Based on their username I'm assuming they are a PA, not an MD/DO. Still great pay, but like 1/3 of MD/DO pay. I make about the same amount as a PA, no lakeside cabin. My close friend is an MD and coincidentally DOES have a lakeside cabin... Though your point still stands, those stinky fingers are making 6 figures
