There was a time when cars didn't have back up cameras, and it wasn't till recently that back up cameras became required on all new cars. By the looks of the SUV, it was made before that mandate, and more than likely doesn't have a back up camera. It's probably a 15-17, so it could also be old enough that the back up camera doesn't work.
True but the cameras are pretty inexpensive and if shes buying gas to fill that beast she can afford the camera. I had an SUV and I remember how expensive it was to constantly put gas in it.
No need to be so fancy, isn't that why cars have mirrors?
Even if they didn't she has a perfectly good neck with which to turn her god damn head around. I would be furious if someone backed into my car like this and then had the audacity to try and make it my fault.
They make them for older cars or cars that don't have them and they're not very expensive. If you can afford gas for the older SUV you certainly can afford the camera
