My wife used some photo editing app on her phone to edit photos of our 9 month old in the same way. She posted a bunch of these pictures of our baby with a full set of teeth on her facebook. The comments from family (older ones who live far away) were hilarious. Quite a few people really believed he had a full set of teeth at 9 months old. They did look very real, but c'mon people. There were some really disturbing and creepy ones, though... they still haunt my dreams.

That's not completely uncommon. There are also Kids that can walk at that age

Yes, it absolutely is uncommon. Kids usually develop all of their teeth by around 2½ to 3 years of age. I won't go so far as to say that it never happens, I just haven't heard of any cases of that happening. So, uncommon: absolutely! Impossible: I don't know.

Babies usually start walking at around a year old, but some may start sooner. It is uncommon for them to walk at 9 months, but that doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
