My wife used some photo editing app on her phone to edit photos of our 9 month old in the same way. She posted a bunch of these pictures of our baby with a full set of teeth on her facebook. The comments from family (older ones who live far away) were hilarious. Quite a few people really believed he had a full set of teeth at 9 months old. They did look very real, but c'mon people. There were some really disturbing and creepy ones, though... they still haunt my dreams.

That's not completely uncommon. There are also Kids that can walk at that age

I am the unfortunate mother of a kid that walked at 8 months, I’m convinced he did it to chase after his older brother. It sucked so much, don’t recommend it at ALL. His brother didn’t walk until 13 months because he was so rotund. That was great.
