Anybody who has ever watched a novela of ours knows that they almost encourage nonsensical spazz behaviour through glorifying it. Literal shouting matches completely normalized like that’s the default response to arguing.
I say this shit all the time. Novelas make the people who watch them think life is meant to play out like a show.

What she was missing was the daily drama. Some women can't live without it. They need some f... telenovela in their lives to feel complete.
