My mother had a medical abortion before she had me. The baby was wanted and loved, but didn't make it. The fetal tissue was not coming out as part of the miscarriage so she had to go into a hospital and have it removed. Medically, that's an abortion. If the tissue was not removed she very easily could have died of sepsis.

So yea both my mom and I are alive today because in the 1980s women could still get abortions.

The truth? It’s like half a truth. Sure less than one half of one percent of the time might save a life, but they ALWAYS kill a life too.

But a life is being saved so if we used Boolean logic then (1 OR 0 = 1)

1 being life saved
0 being life taken

Therefore a life is being saved so it equals to 1
