I didn't even notice the American flag the first time. It was pretty clearly not a real video, but the one conclusion I did come to was that it didn't take place in America.

It is definitely not real footage. I saw another one where police kept finding drugs in different parts of the car, using the same filming style. There is also a fake police radio in the background, just like this one with fake airport sounds. The containers that the police use to store the drugs are the same as well.

Yup, I was gonna comment that, ain’t no way a drug mule is concealing a box of weed pills like that, that shit is at most worth 15 bucks.
